Forge your path forward at the Spring Career Fair Week! Join °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Career Services for this spring’s two in-person career fairs — the Engineering Career Fair and the all-majors Job & Internship Fair.
Both fairs are designed to help you identify potential career paths, connect with employers, and land your dream job or internship! All °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ students and alumni, regardless of major, class year, or degree level, are welcome to attend.
Not looking for a job or internship right now? We still encourage you to attend to practice your networking skills. As many as 85% of jobs are filled through networking. Start making connections now — your future job-seeking self will thank you!
Register ahead of time for Career Fair Week on Handshake to view a list of all attending employers, and check in at the welcome table on the day of either fair to enter into our giveaway!

Explore jobs and internships with employers seeking candidates with an engineering
or computer science background. Find positions in engineering and technical fields
and network directly with industry professionals! All undergraduate and graduate students
from the College of Engineering and Mines are welcome at this event, as well as other

You are not required to register ahead of time, but it’s strongly encouraged. Registering will let you see what employers will be attending and will give employers the opportunity to reach out to you before the fair, giving you an advantage over students/alumni who don’t register in advance. Career Services will also send registered attendees helpful tips and info leading up to the fair!
Yes! Please come to one of our welcome tables to check in. By checking in on the day of the fair, you will be entered into a giveaway!
The fair will be held from 10 am -3 pm in the Wood Center, downstairs in the mall area and upstairs in the ballroom. Be sure to visit both floors! You can stop by any time and stay as long as you’re able.
The Wood Center’s physical address is 1731 South Chandalar Dr., Fairbanks, AK 99775. For parking information, please visit the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ parking page. Free parking can be found in the Nenana lot on the day of the fair!
Some students and alumni might not be in Fairbanks, or your schedule might prevent you from attending. Even if you can’t make it, you can still apply for any jobs or internships posted on Handshake! Visit the to see the full list of employers attending the fair and all of their open positions.
°®ÎÛ´«Ã½ career fair attendees are not required to bring a resume. However, many employers collect resumes at our fairs. If you’re actively seeking a position, you should bring a few copies of your resume to hand out to employers you’re interested in.

Formal business attire is not required, but we recommend wearing a neat and clean button-down, sweater, or graphic-free shirt. Remember to bring comfortable shoes — you may be walking or standing for a long time.

Drop by Career Services on the 6th floor of the Rasmuson Library for a quick resume review or professional headshot appointment. Please bring your current resume with you! These drop in appointments are typically 15-20 minutes long. No registration is required.

Men's Professional Clothing Drive
Help Build the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Career ClosetCareer Services is collecting donations of gently used, clean professional attire for our upcoming Career Closet, set to open in Spring 2025. After last year's successful drive, we are now seeking more "men’s" professional clothing to ensure we have options for all students.
Donations can be dropped off at the Rasmuson Library, 6th Floor, from Dec. 9–13, 2024. For more information, contact Mallory Durkin at uaf-career@alaska.edu.
