The NTS Service desk provides troubleshooting support and basic training for Canvas
features, while the Center for Teaching and Learning provides instructional design
and instructor training. °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ eCampus has also purchased a premium support package from Canvas, so users can
talk with a Canvas support specialist 24/7 from directly within the application. To
access this option, click on the Help (?) Icon in the left menu of Canvas. After you
log in there should also be an option to chat with Student support and there is also
a support hotline option if you would prefer to speak with someone on the phone.
