°®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Bookstore Bundle
°®ÎÛ´«Ã½ is making it more affordable and convenient for students to access their required course materials with the launch of the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Bookstore Bundle. Through this program, students will have the option to rent all required textbooks, lab manuals, access codes, digital materials and electronic books for a flat fee. Materials can be conveniently delivered by the first day of class. All eligible students are automatically enrolled upon registering for classes. The option to opt-out is available for students who prefer to purchase their course materials on their own.
All °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ courses with an associated credit hour are included in the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Bookstore Bundle program, with the exception of co-sponsored courses, and specialized coursework such as Thesis (F699) and Research/Project (F698). All classes that are included will be assessed a $20 per credit hour charge automatically applied to their student account, regardless of course material selection. Students are encouraged to review the total cost of their required materials as compared to the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Bookstore Bundle cost before deciding to opt-out.
Students enrolled in the program must either verify their order delivery preference (in store pick up or shipped to student), or opt-out of the program. To access the student portal and confirm selection:
- Visit /books/
- Click on the appropriate blue bar under the How It Works section to link to the student portal
- Sign in using °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ student credentials
- Make a selection
The deadline to opt-out for regular fall courses is Sept. 13, 2024. If a student registers for late-start classes after this date and wishes to opt-out, they must contact the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Bookstore to request an exception.
A student will receive an error message when trying to access the opt-out portal and is only enrolled in a course excluded from the program (e.g., Thesis, Project, UAA course). No further action is necessary if the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Bookstore Bundle charge has not been applied to the student account or has been reversed. However, if the charge remains and access to the portal is not available, the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Bookstore should be contacted for assistance.
