Benefactor fund grants available to student groups

Student and campus groups can apply for a grant of up to $1,000 from the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Alumni Association. The funds will support projects that identify specific needs and improve campus opportunities for current students. The application deadline is Oct. 23.

Last year, °®ÎÛ´«Ã½AA awarded $20,000 to campus programs and student organizations. Many of the awards supported creative expression, such as the beading club, the student ceramics art guild and two dance groups..

The °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Alumni Association has committed to supporting students each year with its small-grant program. The °®ÎÛ´«Ã½AA Benefactor Fund was established in 1998 to encourage alumni to participate in an annual giving program that directly supports students.
