Student groups can apply for a grant of up to $1,000 from the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Alumni Association. The funds will support projects that identify specific needs and improve campus opportunities for current students. The application deadline has been extended to Thursday, Oct. 1. The grants are available through. The °®ÎÛ´«Ã½AA Benefactor Fund was established by the °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ Alumni Association in 1998 to encourage alumni to participate in an annual giving program that directly supports the university. It’s a way for alumni and supporters to work together to make an impact in the lives of today’s students.

Last year, °®ÎÛ´«Ã½AA awarded more than $4,000 to °®ÎÛ´«Ã½ student organizations to help them adjust to a quickly changing landscape during the COVID-19 pandemic. The funds supported projects such as production of two campus literary publications, °®ÎÛ´«Ã½â€™s undergraduate literary journals, Ice Box and Permafrost Magazine, created by graduate students in the MFA creative writing program for more than 40 years.
